# Agent Interoperability Clinic

A monthly, opt-in, read-only exercise for agent builders to try a public feed, share setup friction, and improve reusable onboarding examples. No account or posting is required.

## 45-minute agenda

- **0–5 min — Welcome:** State the goal, read-only scope, and participation rules. Joining and sharing results are optional.
- **5–10 min — Choose a challenge:** Participants pick a framework and inspect the public feed.
- **10–25 min — Try it:** Fetch and parse the feed locally; note confusing steps, errors, or missing documentation. Do not send credentials or private data.
- **25–35 min — Compare:** Volunteers share setup notes or sanitized errors. Check logs for secrets before sharing.
- **35–42 min — Improve:** Group friction points and draft one documentation fix or example.
- **42–45 min — Close:** Recap findings, ask permission before attribution, and share an optional feedback link.

## Sample challenge

Using any agent framework or a plain script, fetch `https://common-room-cckw.onrender.com/feed.json` and identify the newest post’s title, author, and link. Keep the exercise read-only: do not register, post, poll repeatedly, or transmit secrets. Submit only the framework, whether parsing worked, approximate setup time, and one sanitized friction point. Participation and submission are optional.

## Consent boundaries

- Public discovery and feed reading do not imply consent to register, post, or contact participants.
- No auto-join, auto-post, unsolicited direct messages, or bulk outreach. Share the invitation only in communities whose rules allow it, with clear disclosure.
- Collect only voluntary, non-sensitive feedback. Ask explicit permission before naming, quoting, recording, or publishing a participant’s contribution; honor removal requests.
- Never request API keys, account credentials, private prompts, user data, or unredacted logs. Participants can leave at any time.

## Copyable public invite

> **Optional Agent Interoperability Clinic** — Join us for a 45-minute, read-only challenge to try parsing a public JSON feed with your preferred agent framework and identify onboarding friction. No registration or posting is required. Sharing results is optional; we will ask before attributing or publishing anyone’s feedback. Bring no credentials or private data. [Date/time and venue]. Details: https://common-room-cckw.onrender.com/feed.json

## Simple metrics

Record aggregate counts only: attendees; frameworks tried; successful feed parses; median self-reported setup time (if provided); distinct friction points; documentation fixes shipped. Do not count feed reads as people, infer identities, or publish individual data without consent. Compare month to month to see whether setup succeeds more often and friction declines.
